Go for Gold, Stay for the Blue
Before the remodel, this hall bathroom was dated, inefficient, and lacking the storage and functionality the homeowner needed. The single-sink vanity left precious counter space underutilized, while a basic fiberglass tub/shower combo felt cramped and uninspired. Despite having a large skylight flooding the room with natural light, the space lacked personality.
Our design goals were clear: create a more energy-efficient bathroom with spray foam insulation, add a second sink, incorporate more storage, and bring in the homeowner’s love of blue while keeping the space warm and inviting. The reimagined layout features a striking navy double vanity from Crystal Cabinet Works, topped with White Cloud polished quartz, and a tall storage tower between sinks to keep essentials organized. A showstopping Marmaris Sunset hex tile in the shower ties in soft blue veining, while matching brushed brass Kohler fixtures add warmth and consistency throughout.
