 Porcelain tile that looks like natural stone gives a clean, contemporary look to this dated condo bathroom. The universally designed shower has three grab bars incorporated into the plumbing fixtures.

A corner soap shelf doubles as a grab bar, the slide bar for the hand-held shower head is another and the third one is the ring around the shower controls. A fold-down seat made of teak wood can be folded up when not in use and a shampoo niche provides storage within the shower for bottles and soaps. New window blinds provide privacy and can be opened from the top down to let in natural light.
