Classic Grey Guest Bath

As the homeowners are empty nesters this bath doesn’t get used very often but was in need of a refresh and the tub controls were in need of replacement. We left the placement of the tub, toilet and sinks, but did take out a soffit that was above the vanity to open the space and let in more light from the existing skylight. The large mirror above the vanity was replaced with two framed mirrors allowing space for wall sconces to light each sink. We retiled the floor with a fresh grey and white 12” x 24” tile, new white painted vanity cabinet from Crystal Cabinet Works, new Corian Quartz countertops and tiled shower. A multicolored grey accent tile was selected to bring some definition to the white subway tile and coordinate with the floor tile. New faucets, shower fixtures, and accessories in brushed nickel complement the softness of the space.
